ROY stands for Rely On Yourself.
At the core of everything we do is a simple idea: if you want your life to change, you’re the one who has to make it happen. No one else is coming to do it for you.
What We Believe In

What makes people interesting isn’t perfection—it’s uniqueness. We try to show up as ourselves, not a polished version of something we’re not.

Being real means being willing to be seen. And when you do that, you realize a lot more people relate than you’d expect.
